FoodBank4Hope is a NPO

The FoodBank is a Not for Profit organisation designed to assist consumers in the debt review process who have run into a rough spot or short period of financial strain. Set up in 2023 in the wake of the global Covid 19 pandemic, the organisation quickly began helping consumers with help from credit providers and debt counsellors across South Africa.

Donate

The FoodBank receives support such as donations of goods or funds. Debt counsellors, credit bureaus, Payment Distribution Agents and credit providers all help.

Identifying Those In Need

The FoodBank works with various NCR registered debt counsellors who help to identify consumers with genuine needs and who have a good reputation for sticking with the process.

Food Parcels

The FoodBank then provides food parcels to help these consumers cover some of their regular grocery bills, enabling them to direct their available funds towards essentials and paying some of their debt that month.
